Remote Legal (2/3) - Productivity

For some, terror for others paradise. What you can be sure of is that from one hour to the next it has become a must. Businesses need to stay active and we have put together some tips on remote working.

a. Remote Working is not Working Alone

Isolation is only in the physical world, in the virtual world we should be very close. Technology allows us to bring people together and reduce the feeling of sadness and loneliness.

b. Communication is the basis of everything

Remember to keep communication active with your team and even those people you only exchanged "good morning" with in the corridor. Communicate through messages, calls and video calls. You are still part of the team.

c. Empathise with your team

people have different realities from one another. Put yourself in the other person's shoes and try to help as much as possible.

a moment of collaboration.

With that in mind, we have the basis of everything. In practice, we must choose the tools to maintain productivity in times of Home Office:

- File Storage:

Whether it's a network, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar, it's essential to have a place for your team to share files and more: remember that not everyone will be available at the same time, so files must be accessible and findable. Establish a method of organisation and communicate this to your team.

- Task Management:

There are many of them, choose the one that best suits your team: Trello, Monday, Asana and so on. Each one has its individual abilities, the suitability will depend a lot on your type of business and the activities involved.
